Plainfield in the Capitol: Justice or Else!

Plainfield

Plainfield was well-represented at the Justice or Else! Million Man March 20th Anniversary on Saturday, October 10th. The local organizing committee even provided buses from the high school to bring residents to the nation’s capitol. Through social media I tried to find pictures of Plainfielders who I was not able to photograph myself. Special thanks to Mustapha Muhammad for many of these.

  1. The brother in the photo with me is Michael Brown sr. From Ferguson the home of black lives matter. Also the hands up dont shoot chant. I see you sure know the names of entertainers but omitted the people on the frontline. RIP Mike Brown jr.

  2. During this struggle of our people there will be occasional misunderstandings but with open dialogue we shall advance and grow as a people and as persons if I stumble in my aspiration to see justice done. I apologize to all I offend. Whether or not it is accepted the struggle continues.
